Safe Base, Webster University and L'Arche International are committed to addressing and providing capacity for all spectrums of diversity, whether visible or unseen. The global students are taking a deliberate approach in raising awareness to amplify the neurodivergent community's voices. It is time for us to come together as a community to be a catalyst for a positive change.

Our mission is to have a current understanding of the neurodivergent community and to renounce our preconceived notions that intellectual disabilities are disorder, that needs to be eradicated, prevented, treated or cured.

We unequivocally hope that this initiative will not only spark questions that would foster sustainable dialogues; but also to foster programs throughout worldwide campuses, businesses and social spaces that would yield a disability-friendly environment, a safe space for differences to blossom, and a platform in which we can all learn to be champions for others.
