● Ideal Candidates
○ Zwarttech is looking for 2-3 candidates providing leadership, strategic direction,
management, and evaluation of all aspects of the programmes. The Programme
Coordinator also plays a crucial role in liaison with local authorities and other
relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate must work, guide and support team
members working in the same program to achieve overall goals. In addition, they will
be working closely with other community managers and PR executives to create
end-to-end strategies and effectively coordinate the program.
● Who you are
○ An effective communicator with an ability to communicate the social impact aspect
of the company to form business relationships with external stakeholders and
groups such as UN, UNESCO, Humanity HUB, and other NGOs/humanitarian
organizations.
○ Having the needed skills and ability to organize/ host events in coordination with the
community managers and PR team
○ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks promptly
○ Up to date with latest trends and government policies
○ Open to public speaking
